Warranty Information
The Door Claw will exchange or repair any product that is found to have defects in the manufacturing, materials or workmanship.
The Door Claw has been designed and manufactured to use for opening doors and pressing buttons; using it for any other purpose than these will void the warranty (any damage resulting from, but not limited to, abuse, neglect, accident, improper or inadequate maintenance, or altering the product from its original state will not be covered).
Returns Information
If you receive a damaged or defective Door Claw please contact us at info@thedoorclaw.com – returned goods will not be accepted without prior authorisation.
If you are sending a product back to us please ensure that you have enclosed a copy of the order slip. Wherever possible please send the product back with it’s original box and accompanying manuals, etc..
In order to speed up the returns process it would be helpful to send a letter outlining the faults with the product; please also include your contact details.
